I have just gone onto Broadband and have lost my old ISP email address so I now use a web site based email address. Can I set up Outlook Express to receive my emails from this source ?

First off for your reference, email that is accessed by visting a website is commonly known as Webmail.

On the whole it is not possible to access Webmail through Outlook Express, although if your Webmail account is the same provider as your Broadband ISP then it might be a possibility. To find out if your Webmail account can be accessed through Outlook Express look at the FAQs section of the Webmail Account Website.

If you are not able to receive your Webmail through Outlook I suggest setting up your email address with the Broadband ISP provider and auto forwarding any mail sent to your Webmail address to your Outlook Email Address.
