I wonder if, how to change the color in toolbar ?

Your PC probably has a selection of colors that you can choose for Toolbars/Windows etc.

To view these select the Display option under the Contral Panel section of your PC.

Alternatively, right click on the desktop and select the properties option from the drop down menu that appears.

Under the Appearance Tab of this window you should have a section headed "Scheme" where you can select various different colours for the windows on your PC.

Below the "Scheme" section and depending on your PC specification you may also change the colors and font that are applied to the windows items. As the Internet Explorer Toolbars are just another window the changes should be applied to the Toolbars within Internet Explorer aswell as all windows on your PC.
