Can I check mail in the Temp Internet Folder ?

You should not be able to check Emails recieved through Outlook or Similar Email Software in the Temporary Interent Files.

However with Webmail (Webmail is email that you retrieve by accessing the Internet through you web browser and entering a username and password on a website to enter your email account) the pages that contain your mail messages could possibly get cached in your Temporary Internet Files.

Therefore if you use a Webmail account to access your emails, even if this on a secure server, it is a good idea to clear your cache on a regular basis. If you look in the small print/terms and conditions or FAQs of a number of websites where you access information on a secure server you will probably find recommendations to clear your Web Cache after using their services.
