I have lost address bar, I have been to tools , address bar tick off. also start bar is up the top i want it down the bottom of the screen

If you wish for the address bar to be displayed then you will need the address bar option ticked not unticked under the view, toolbars menu.

With reference to the Start Bar (often called the Taskbar) being in the wrong place - this is a common and frustrating problem for a lot of people - but there is an easy solution.

Simply left click on your Start Bar (Taskbar) - hold the mouse button down and point to where you would like the Start Bar (Taskbar), then release the mouse button and it should move to the required destination.
