There are files in my temporary internet file that I want
to read but when I click on them they wont come up. The file
type is file. Any ideas ?

The System Command is a instruction that initiates an action
within a program, for example a simple System Command from the
beginning of programming would be:- Print "Hello",
and the result would be: Hello.
Therefore, for an example of when used on the Internet, by
performing a search on a search engine a System Command is created
that initiates a program that finds relevant search results
and returns them in the web browser.
This is my basic understanding of System Commands but I am
not a programmer, so if anyone would like to correct my definition
please use the feedback/question form below.
If you click on these files from your Temporary Internet Folder
the System Command will attempt to run.
