Without seeing your exact computer settings this is a hard one to figure out.

One simple solution that may solve the problem is to check the properties of the Recycle Bin. You can achieve this by right clicking on the Recycle Bin and selecting the properties option from the menu that appears.

In the Properties Window there are two things to check.

Firstly, check that the Do not move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleting is unticked. If this is ticked all files will be deleted immediately.

Secondly, you may wish to change the size of the Recycle Bin.
