I have my address bar, but the part where to print web sites is missing, I have tried to move it to no avail

The print button in Internet Explorer is normally located on the "Standard Buttons" Toolbar. (You can also print by selecting the File drop down menu followed by Print.).

Firstly, check to see if you have the "Standards Buttons" Toolbar enabled, you can do this by selecting the View drop down menu followed by Toolbars - ensure there is a tick next to "Standard Buttons" - If not then select this toolbar by left clicking the "Standard Buttons" text.

OK, if you have the "Standards Buttons" Toolbar set so that it is displayed and you wish to move the toolbars then you must first ensure that the Toolbars are not locked - do this by selecting the View Drop down menu followed by Toolbars, this time ensure there is not a tick next to "Lock the Toolbars". (If there is a tick - left click the "Lock the Toolbars" text.) You should now be able to move the Toolbars.

If you have moved the toolbars but still can not see the print button then you may need to change the short cut buttons that are displayed, to do this again select the view drop down menu followed by toolbars, this time select the customize option.

A small window will appear, from this window you can change what toolbar buttons are displayed by selecting the button you require (print) from the available toolbar buttons and adding it to the current toolbar buttons.
