Ok, there is a few things we can try to stop this problem, and it will probably mean amending some of your security settings.

Although a high level of security is always recommended when surfing the web, you must realise that with high levels of security some web pages or functions may not work correctly.

The security settings for your Browser can be accessed from the tools drop down menu at the top of the browser window followed by Internet Options. Select the Security Tab of the Window that appears.

If you select the Default Level option in the Security Tab you should be presented with a slider bar where you can change various security settings. Try Experimenting with these settings to see if it resolves your problems. (Please remember that you are responsible for your own level of security and must be happy with the level of Security that you set.)

Alternatively if you select the custom level you can amend each security item individually (The Default settings amends the settings that you see in the Custom Level in a batch process).

If this does not work then perhaps there is a bug with your browser, you have an old browser, or there is a problem with the webpage you are trying to access. If you think there is a problem with your browser it may be worthwhile updating the browser (you should be able to do this from the Windows Update Website) or downloading a different browser. (You should be able to find freeware browser downloads on your favorite search engine - two browsers that Happy Online use aswell as Internet Explorer are Opera and Avant Browser.)
