When I am off line I cant view the pages I surfed while I was on line may I know why ?

General Disclaimer - Happy Online would like to remind all visitors that they are responsible for their own computer settings - some suggestions may not work on some computers and may result in errors - you should only make changes to your computer if you are comfortable with any consequences that may arise.

When you visit web pages a large percentage of the data is stored in your Temporary Internet Files to enable access off line and for speeding up access when visiting the same pages again. (EG If you have already downloaded an image it will not download the image again but use the local copy held in your Temporary Internet Files.)

However it is not always possible to re-create the whole website experience offline. The Temporary Internet Files does do its job in providing a local copy of information accessed but with more and more website becoming database driven it is not always possible to view data with out information being re-sent from the website server where the pages are created.

A quick explanation of this is that database driven web pages are created on the website server and therefore a connection to the internet is normally required to display the page.
