I want to replace it with my address bar, I need my address bar back. I don't use this previous bar that i want replaced

There are lots of different providers of multi-search toolbars so I am not sure which one you have. However, they should all have an uninstall facility - so if you do not use the service they provide then uninstall it! If there is not an uninstall facility search for a version of Spyware Removing software and run a scan to see if this removes the toolbar.
