How do I change the Monitor Display settings ?

Although this is not really an Internet Tutorial question Happy Online will answer it anyway. :)

You should be able to change the majority of most monitor display settings (Such as Colour, Contrast and Brightness) in the same way as changing settings on a television - most monitors will have buttons on the monitor where you can access menus to change these settings.

Other display settings can be changed in the display properties window (the quickest way to reach this window is to right click on your desktop (the page with your wallpaper - which you should see when all windows are closed/minimized) and select the properties option from the menu that appears.

Within the display properties window you can change various settings, including screen resolution and number of colours displayed.
