When we look at sites, or get e-mails about services, there are frequently links (usually in blue and underlined) to lead us to the pages we need. Clicking these links does not work so we have to copy the link details and enter them on the address bar to make the connection. Our active scripting is enabled. Why do these links not work? Is there something we have to instal or download?

Yep, this seems to be a problem when links are opened in new windows - a couple of people have reported this issue.

One option that seems to work is by holding down the Ctrl key when opening the links.

The other option is to register some additional Windows and Internet Explorer files - follow the below link to the Microsoft Website to follow the procedures for doing this.
