I followed all the instructions on how to change my homepage, and it does change it, unfortunately, when I shut down and reboot, it goes back to the homepage that I don't want and I have to change it every time I reboot! what's the Problem ?

This sounds like classic Spyware activity. It means that at some stage a program has downloaded on to your PC and changed your computer settings (In this case the Home page).

Unfortunately there are lots of different Spyware programs out there and guessing which version is on your computer is hard to say with the limited information.

I therefore suggest that you do a search in Google for software that detects and deletes Spyware.
