How can I change my Home Page ?

Your Home Page or Start Page is the first page that appears when you connect to the Internet. The default Home Page is likely to be the users Internet Service Providers (ISP) Web Page.

A lot of ISPs Home Pages contain lots of information and can therefore be slow to download and all this information is probably not required by the user.

Also some websites are coded to set themselves up as your home page - even without you requesting it.

If this is the case and you wish to change your Home Page this can be done in Internet Explorer by selecting the Tools drop down menu at the top of your browser followed by the Internet Options.

A New Window will appear with various tabs along the top - under the General Tab is the Home Page section - simply type a replacement web address in the Address section and select OK.

The next time you connect to the Internet you will be taken to the Home Page of your choosing.
