Could you help me out on the enclosed staement - Hotlinking the FPA from his members area, what does FPA mean ?

FPA means Full Page Advert.

Just to define the other terms in your question for other visitors who may come to this page! Hotlinking is the term given when a Website Owner/Designer Codes a Webpage so that it takes images from other websites and display them in their own website. (Aswell as the Copyright implications the first Website is using the second Websites Bandwidth. As instead of retrieving the image from their own server they are accessing the second websites server to display the image.)

The Members area I would imagine means that the FPA is part of the benefit of Membership for the visitors to the website who own/hold the FPA on their server.

Obviously if the website owner knows that their image is being hotlinked they may take action to prevent this from continuing. (This might include the website owner changing the image to another image that the first website owner would not want.)
