Where do my deleted files go from outlook express ?

As a general rule most deleted files from outlook express go to the deleted items folder - once deleted from there they normally get totally deleted - they do not go into the recycle bin first like other files and therefore can not be recovered from there.

On some work computers/network computers there may be a backup service of recently deleted emails. In this case contact the IT help desk for the network.

Some software packages claim to be able to retrieve deleted outlook files however Happy Online can not vouch for the level of success of these services.
