General Disclaimer - Happy Online would like to remind all visitors that they are responsible for their own computer settings - some suggestions may not work on some computers and may result in errors - you should only make changes to your computer if you are comfortable with any consequences that may arise.

If you wish to delete an address in the address bar but for whatever reason you do not have access to the Internet Options screen try the following method.

If you select the History button near the top of the browser window the explorer bar should open showing the browser History.

If you are able to locate the web page in the explorer bar (sites visited are normally catologued by date) and right click on the site you wish to remove from the address bar you should be able to select delete. By manually deleting the page in this manner it should also delete it from the address bar.
