General Disclaimer - Happy Online would like to remind all visitors that they are responsible for their own computer settings - some suggestions may not work on some computers and may result in errors - you should only make changes to your computer if you are comfortable with any consequences that may arise.

When you click on links and they do not work it is normally a sign that either your browser does not understand the link or your security settings are set not to accept the format the link is programmed in.

It is more likely to be the second of these that is causing the problem unless you have a very old web browser.

Often links to other websites are programmed in Javascript, however sometimes web users have Javascript and other web scripting languages disabled.

To enable these scripting languages do the following:-

Select the Tools Drop down menu from the top of the browser window followed by the Internet Options. In the window that appears select the Security Tab and select Custom Level. In the further window that appears locate the Scipting heading followed by the Active Scripting Sub Heading. To allow scripting languages to run this option needs to be changed to Enable or Prompt. (Please remember that you are responsible for your own level of security.)
