What is the best way to delete an address from address bar ?

The best way to delete an address from the address bar is to clear your History.

In Internet Explorer, you can clear history by selecting the tools drop down menu followed by Internet Options, under the General Tab of the window that appears is the History Sub Heading. From here you should be able to see the button "Clear History" - if you select this button all address from the address bar should be deleted.

You can also set the number of days history is retained by Internet Explorer - if you dont want to keep History then you can select 0 days.
