With the growth of the city being in the late nineteeth
century and early tweentieth century it is home to rich
architecture of that period.
Cardiff Castle has Roman origins but was developed further
after the Norman Conquest.
Futher local regeneration of the city has added a modern
feel to some districts of Cardiff.
