Shop Description: Slim: modern and silver: the Siemens Gigaset S675’s handset sits snugly in an ‘L’ shaped cradle. As soon as you connect it: the Gigaset is ready to use. Its 65k colour resolution screen has a choice of wallpapers: while the keypad is illuminated. There’s a wide choice of ring tones – in addition you can even personalise the S675 for particular callers with their photo – and a big name and number directory. And not only can you enjoy hands-free speaking: a baby alarm allows you to monitor another room. The answering machine can record up to 40 minutes’ worth of messages. The clever S685 also tries to save electricity when it can: the handset reducing the transmit power automatically depending on the distance to the base. A switched mode power supply also uses 60% less electricity consumption in comparison with conventional power supplies. With additional Gigaset handset. Siemens ECO ECT phones reduce the power consumption and transmission power of DECT phones. Thanks to an energy-saving power supply they use up to 60% less energy: compared to conventional cordless phones. And transmitting power can be reduced - practically to nil - the closer you have the handset to the base station.
