Shop Description: Elegant white Burgundy with lots of ageing potential. A delicate yet fruity nose precedes a stony: smoky and slightly buttery palate with fresh citrus flavours. Alain Chavy: son of Gérard: owns 0.49 hectares of Les Clavoillons vines (approximately 50 years old) to the right of Pucelles and below Folatières and practises environmentally friendly viticulture. Having one of the only underground cellars in the village: his wines age slowly and gracefully.
