Shop Description: The Polar RS200SD Heart Rate Monitor has been specifically designed with a runner’s needs in mind. It includes quick change training zones: clear identification of current heart rate intensity and crosstalk prevention to avoid unwanted interference. Speed and Distance are managed using the highly accurate inertia controlled accelerometer Polar S1 foot pod with 96-97% accuracy out of the box. Set a pace alarm to alert you when to speed up or slow down plus there’s realtime pace and distance monitoring. An autolap feature saves each mile/km to file for each session over 1 minute. The training file contains a range of information: including total calories burnt: and there’s a week view memory file and a total view file option. It features the soft fabric WearLink™ transmitter belt for ultimate comfort with reliable results. The RS200SD also includes the unique Keeps U Fit™: which combines the Own Workout Program with Polar Own features: designed for fitness enthusiasts who want to maximize their exercise experience. In addition: the RS200SD incorporates the easy to use Polar Fitness Test™ with OwnIndex® to follow up fitness changes and progress: while Polar OwnCal™ provides information on total exercise done and fat consumption during training sessions.
